DreamBeam LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as HomeEase (“HomeEase,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and understands that information about your home, your family, your schedule, and your contact details is personal.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://homeeaseorlando.com/, contact us, request a consultation, take our Home Calm Quiz, book a service, or otherwise interact with our website and services.
By using our website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
You may voluntarily provide information when you complete a contact form, request a consultation, book a service, take the Home Calm Quiz, subscribe to communications, contact us by phone, email, or text, or communicate with our team about your home.
This information may include your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, service address, household information, home size, service preferences, scheduling details, payment details, and other information you choose to provide.
If you provide information about another household member, family member, employee, or other individual, you represent that you have the authority to share that information with us.
Because HomeEase provides cleaning, organization, and styling services, clients may share information about their homes — photographs, room information, organization priorities, access instructions, preferences, and descriptions of belongings.
We use this information to understand your needs, plan services, communicate with you, and deliver the requested experience.
When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically through standard web technologies: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, approximate location derived from technical information, referral source, date and time of visits, and website interactions.
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. The specific third-party services currently in use are:

You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner presented on your first visit and through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality. Live chat conversations may be recorded and stored for quality and record-keeping purposes.
HomeEase does not sell your personal information for money. However, when advertising and analytics cookies are active, information about your browsing may be shared with Google and Meta for advertising purposes. Under some state privacy laws, this is treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.
You may opt out at any time by declining non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, by using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer, or by contacting us using the details below.
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; schedule consultations; book, plan, and manage services; understand your home-care needs; customize recommendations; communicate about appointments; process payments; provide customer support; improve our website and services; prevent fraud, misuse, or security issues; maintain business and service records; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications where permitted.
If you take the Home Calm Quiz, you may provide information about your household, home, lifestyle, and organization challenges. We use your responses to provide a more relevant recommendation and, where you request it, to send you additional information.
The Home Calm Quiz is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and does not create a service relationship.
Email. With your consent, we may send you emails about services, consultations, promotions, and home-care content. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Text messages. We send text messages only to phone numbers for which we have received prior express written consent through a separate, unchecked consent box on our forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. We keep a record of the date, time, and content of the consent you provided.
Opting out of marketing does not stop service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, arrival notices, and payment receipts.
We share information only where reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide services, or meet legal obligations — with our employees and authorized team members, service providers acting on our behalf (scheduling, payment processing, hosting, analytics, email, chat), professional advisors, and government authorities or law enforcement where legally required.
We require service providers who handle personal information for HomeEase to use it only for the purposes we specify and to apply reasonable safeguards.
A home-care professional may see personal spaces, belongings, documents, family areas, and other private details. HomeEase takes discretion seriously. Every member of our team signs a confidentiality agreement before entering a client home, and our team is instructed not to read, photograph, move, or discuss personal documents, correspondence, medications, or valuables.
Please tell us before service if your home has cameras, doorbell cameras, smart speakers, or other devices that record video or audio in the areas where we will work. Florida law generally requires the consent of all parties before an oral conversation may be recorded (Fla. Stat. § 934.03). We ask that audio recording of our team be disabled during service unless our team has been told and has agreed.
Our team members are prohibited from photographing or recording anything in your home except approved work photographs taken under the rules described below.
HomeEase photographs completed work for quality documentation, training, and marketing.
Our standing internal rules for every photograph taken in a client home:
Where a photograph could identify a client, a household member, or a child, we obtain a separate written release before any public use. Photographs of children are never published without the separate written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Clients who sign our Photo & Media Release grant HomeEase the rights described in that document. If you would prefer that no photographs of your home be taken at all, tell us before service begins and we will note it in your file.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your full payment card details are collected and stored by that provider, not by HomeEase. We receive only limited transaction information such as payment status, the last digits of the card, and the amount.
If you enroll in The Keepers Club, your payment method is stored securely with our payment processor and charged on the recurring schedule you agreed to at enrollment. You may update or remove your payment method at any time by contacting us.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps to protect personal information. However, no website, database, email transmission, or electronic storage system is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email.
If we determine that a breach of security has compromised your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) and any other applicable law — generally within 30 days of determining that a breach has occurred.
| Type of information | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Financial and tax records | 7 years |
| Client service files and access instructions | 3 years after the last service, then deleted |
| Access codes and key records | Deleted within 30 days of the end of service |
| Work photographs | 3 years, unless a signed release provides otherwise |
| Inquiries and quiz responses that do not become clients | 24 months |
| Employment applications not hired | 4 years |
| Marketing consent records (email and SMS) | 5 years after opt-out |
We may retain information longer where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements.
If you apply to work at HomeEase, we collect application information, work history, references, identification and work-authorization documents, and — with your separate written authorization — background check information obtained through a consumer reporting agency.
Background checks are conducted in accordance with the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. You will receive a stand-alone written disclosure and be asked for written authorization before any background check is requested, and you will receive a copy of the report and a summary of your rights before any adverse decision is made.
Employment-related information is not used for marketing and is not shared except with our background check provider, payroll and insurance providers, and where required by law.
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
Where our services are performed in a home with children, we do not collect information about children beyond what a parent or guardian chooses to share with us for the purpose of the service, and we do not use it for marketing.
Our website may link to third-party websites, social media platforms, and booking or scheduling tools. Once you leave our website, the third party’s privacy practices apply. HomeEase is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of external websites.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, opt out of marketing communications, and opt out of targeted advertising.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
HomeEase is based in Florida and serves Central Florida. Privacy rights vary by state; we will honor applicable requests in accordance with the law that applies to you. This Privacy Policy is not intended to create rights beyond those provided by applicable law.
We want our website to be usable by everyone. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. If you encounter a barrier on our website, or need information in another format, contact us at the phone number or email below and we will help you directly.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email to clients where we have an email address on file.

HomeEase is built around a simple idea: caring for someone’s home requires trust. That trust extends beyond how carefully we clean a countertop or organize a closet. It means treating your information, your belongings, your schedule, and the private details of your home with the same thoughtfulness.
We collect information to serve you better — not to make your life more complicated. Your home is personal. We treat it that way.
When you walk in after a long day — where does the tension settle first?
Be honest — there's no wrong answer. We've been there too.
Not what you wish it meant — what it actually feels like today.
The kind of help that would change a week.
This helps us match the right scope and team size.
Most of our clients tell us they're a mix. Pick what feels most often true.
Including yourself. This shapes how much rhythm a home needs.
Close your eyes for a second. What would actually change your life?
