I built HomeEase because I lived this story myself — for years, as a mother of four and a business owner. Now I want to give other women back the hours I lost.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Irene Dorogova — a mother of four, designer, and the woman behind HomeEase.

I’ve been building businesses for fifteen years, raising four children, and somewhere in between trying to keep our home in the calm, beautiful state I always pictured. For most of my adult life, I’ve lived inside the same paradox so many women I love live in too — the more we hold for everyone else, the less we have for ourselves.

Every time something important happened in my work or in my family, the household details would pile up at the same moment. Laundry. School forms. A pantry I couldn’t open without wincing. The home wasn’t getting in the way of my happiness directly — but it was quietly stealing the time and the calm I needed to feel like myself.

I’m also trained as a designer. I’ve spent years working with aesthetics, with composition, with how a beautifully arranged space changes how a person breathes in it. So I always knew the answer wasn’t just to clean harder — it was to care for the home the way we care for the people inside it: with taste, with intention, with love.

HomeEase is the service I wish I’d had — for myself, and for every woman whose to-do list has crowded out her ability to sit with her family, walk by herself, or just listen to music in a quiet kitchen.

You don’t have to do it all anymore. We’re here.

With love,
Irene Dorogova
